In the heart of New York City’s Financial District, 20 Exchange is a 57-story, 766-unit luxury apartment building with 505,300 SF of residential space and 87,700 SF of retail space, totaling 593,000 NSF.

Built in 1929 as the City Bank Farmers Trust Building, the building was the 4th tallest building in the world at the time of completion. It was converted it from office to luxury residential in three phases from 2007 to 2015.
